2004

TrainingGains IS FOUNDED under Main Sports Academy

Out of Virgin Active Greenacres, Port Elizabeth South Africa. We expanded to Virgin Active Humewood & Newton Park Pools.

2022

TrainingGains expands into Mauritius

Bringing world class coaching to the Island of Mauritius.

2023

TrainingGains creates Green Wolf Events

A specialised events company that will bring innovative events to Mauritius.
